Terms of Service

All gold valuations provided by our online calculator or in-branch experts are based on live market rates. Final payouts are strictly subject to a physical purity check using our XRF technology. VGL GOLD reserves the right to adjust valuations if the physical purity differs from the customer's declaration.

Transactions will only be processed upon submission of original Government-issued identification. We do not accept digital copies or photocopies for final verification. Customers must be at least 18 years of age and the legal owner of the assets being traded.

When VGL GOLD assists in releasing pledged gold from banks or NBFCs, the customer must accompany our representative to the financial institution. We settle the loan directly with the provider. Any remaining balance after purity check and service fees will be paid to the customer instantly.

VGL GOLD operates in strict accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that appears suspicious or violates AML/KYC regulations. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
